The Boston Pizza restaurant provides for "two experiences under one roof", with a full service, family friendly casual dining restaurant and a separate sports bar. Most restaurants also have an outdoor patio to accommodate guests during the warmer months. A typical restaurant is 5,500 to 6,500 square feet and has seating for 180 to 225 guests inside with another 50 to 75 seats on the patio.
Boston Pizza restaurants offer a casual dining atmosphere with more than 100 menu items including a unique selection of gourmet pizzas, mouth-watering pastas and a wide variety of appetizers, meal-sized salads, entrees and desserts. 50%	I went to many Boston Pizza\'s before and this is by far the worst. Not only was my food cold and I could tell was microwaved food, but my waitress brought me the wrong pizza. Now I wasn't too mad about it but I ordered another pizza. After waiting about 20 minutes after my family had eaten, I heard the boss screaming at his employee about the mistake she had just made. I gave her a good tip nonetheless because I felt bad for her but I will not be returning. This is not how people should conduct a business.	Sep 26, 2011
20%	Today we have been to the chain Boston Pizza for the first time and chose the location close to our home, on St-Laurent Rd close to Donald. Well we truly regret our choice. It's simply the worst restaurant we have been to. We waited 10 minutes before getting a glass of water, and another 30 min to get our food. The worst thing is that the wait is not worth it. My Boston Royal \"gourmet\" pizza is not up to the taste of a regular all-dressed pizza at my local Pizza Pizza take out counter. At $10.99 for an 8\" pizza that is barely bigger than a regular slice at your local pizza joint, it is outrageouly expensive. My husband\'s Jambalaya Fettucine pasta is not well cooked: the pasta is not tender and the overall taste is so ordinary. We are so disappointed with our choice for a Saturday night dining out. To add insult to injury, we left and the waitress did not even say a word. I feel insulted because we felt obligated to leave a tip, but she and the restaurant did not deserve it at all. I will NEVER go back to Boston Pizza. It\'s simply the worst casual dining chain I have been to.	May 21, 2011
